It all started with a dream.

Jacqueline always wanted to start a furniture line combining design and authentic old craftsmanship with sustainable materials. Rene dreamed for years of somehow integrating efficient heating in outdoor furniture so people could extend their season.

That’s how Hotseat was born. Born from passion.

Handmade in Portugal

Each one of our products is designed and made by hand in Portugal with local suppliers and real old fashioned craftsmen. We value authenticity and want to help the local economy. We strive to use as many local products as possible in the production process which is carefully monitored by us to guarantee its quality.
